How should end users care for and clean their recliner sofas?

Sample Content We recommend regular vacuuming, prompt cleaning of spills and using cleaners that match the specific fabric or leather type, following the care label instructions.Avoid harsh chemicals, direct heating and long-term exposure to strong sunlight. For power recliners and lift chairs, remind users not to overload the seat, to keep children away from moving parts and to unplug the chair during lightning storms or long trips. We can provide detailed care guides customized to your chosen materials.

Can you provide marketing materials for our online and offline channels?

Yes. We can share product photos, videos, specification sheets and other marketing materials to support your e-commerce listings, social media campaigns and store displays. For strategic partners, we can co-develop brand stories, lifestyle images and feature explanations so that your customers understand the value of smart recliners and lift chairs more easily.

What kind of after-sales support do you provide?

We provide technical support, spare-part solutions and structured handling of any quality claims to protect your brand and end-customer experience.If a problem occurs, we will analyze photos and videos first, identify the cause and offer solutions such as replacement parts, repair guides or compensation based on the agreed policy. Our goal is to help you solve issues efficiently and maintain long-term cooperation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We commonly accept T/T and L/C, and in some cases credit card, depending on order size and country. Detailed payment terms (deposit balance, LC conditions, credit line) will be tailored by project and will be clearly stated in the PI and contract before you confirm the order.

Which trade terms and ports do you work with?

We can ship from Ningbo and Shanghai ports under trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP and DDU, depending on your needs. For key accounts we can also support door-to-warehouse service and help coordinate local delivery partners. Please share your receiving address and preferred shipping method (FCL, LCL or mixed containers) when asking for a quote.

Do you accept trial orders or small test orders?

Yes. We are friendly to first-time cooperation and support trial orders with relatively low MOQ so that you can test the market before large-scale purchasing. Our team can suggest a small but representative assortment – for example, 1–2 hot-selling recliner sofa sets, 1 home theater model and 1–2 lift chairs – to help you quickly verify demand.

What is your typical lead time for samples and bulk orders?

Sample lead time is usually 3–5 days once details are confirmed, and mass production can be arranged with delivery in as fast as about 20–30 days, depending on order size and season. For new ODM models with complex functions we may need extra time for engineering and testing. During quotation we will give you a clear schedule for sampling, production, inspection and shipment.

What customization options do you offer for materials and colors?

You can choose from a wide selection of fabrics and leathers, including eco-friendly options, in different textures and colors tailored to your market. Foam density and structure can also be adjusted for softer or firmer seating. Our team can recommend combinations based on local climate, cleaning habits and channel positioning (e.g. online retail vs. high-end showroom).

Do you support OEM/ODM and private label service?

Yes. We support full OEM/ODM service including new-model development, brand/logo customization, packaging design and long-term private label cooperation. We can work from your sketches, 3D files or mood boards. During the development process, we protect your IP, keep drawings and samples confidential and sign NDAs when required.

Which smart features can be added to your recliners?

We offer a wide range of optional features, such as Bluetooth speakers, wireless chargers, reading lights, USB/Type-C charging ports, cooling or lighted cup holders, storage consoles and massage/heat functions. Features can be combined differently for living room, home theater, senior care or hotel projects. Our engineers balance function, safety and cost to help you build a competitive feature package for your market.

Can you customize the design, size and layout of the recliner sofa set?

Yes. As a custom recliner sofa manufacturer, we can adjust overall size, seat width, chaise length, arm shape, console units and modular layouts (L-shape, U-shape, straight rows and more). You can choose from existing modules or send us drawings and room dimensions. We will propose a practical structure, modular combination and function plan that matches your brand style and end-user needs.

What is the weight capacity of your recliners and lift chairs?

Most standard recliner chairs are designed for at least 120–150 kg user weight, while many lift chairs can be configured for higher capacities.The exact weight rating depends on the metal frame, mechanism and motor specification. For special projects (plus-size users, high-traffic commercial use) we can upgrade the structure and components. We provide detailed specifications and test reports during sampling, so your team can review and approve before mass production.

What certifications and tests can your products meet?

We can cooperate with third-party labs such as SGS and Bureau Veritas and support compliance with standards like REACH, ROHS, CE and others required by your market. On request, we can align with common fire-safety and chemical requirements (for example CA117, BS5852, or specific REACH/ROHS limits), provided that the correct materials and foams are chosen in the specification stage. Please tell us your target country and channel (retail/contract/medical) so we can propose a matching compliance package.

How do you control quality for recliner sofas and lift chairs?

We run full-process quality control: incoming material inspection, in-line production checks and final inspection before shipment, with dedicated QC staff. Our QC team checks wooden frames, metal mechanisms, motors, wiring, foam density and recovery, as well as upholstery stitching and function tests (recline, lift, headrest, footrest, lights, USB, etc.). Each batch is tested for stability, noise level and durability to ensure consistent performance in daily use.
