How do you control quality for recliner sofas and lift chairs?

We run full-process quality control: incoming material inspection, in-line production checks and final inspection before shipment, with dedicated QC staff. 
Our QC team checks wooden frames, metal mechanisms, motors, wiring, foam density and recovery, as well as upholstery stitching and function tests (recline, lift, headrest, footrest, lights, USB, etc.). Each batch is tested for stability, noise level and durability to ensure consistent performance in daily use.
