8018 is a three-piece manual reclining group made as a set: a 187 cm three-seat sofa, a 138 cm two-seat sofa and a 79 cm single chair, all 94 cm deep and 102 cm high. Because the three pieces share one frame and one cover programme, a showroom gets a matched living room group instead of three unrelated buys - and the 3+2+1 mix loads 35 sets into a 40HQ container. Each reclining seat opens with a latch handle recessed into the outside of the armrest; the footrest comes up in one movement and the piece needs no power point, transformer or cable run in the room. Single pieces load at 76 pcs (3RR), 108 pcs (2RR) and 180 pcs (1R) per 40HQ. As a mixed set the same container takes 35 sets on 3+2+1, 43 sets on 3+2, or 39 sets on 3+1+1. The 187 cm sofa takes the main seating wall, the 138 cm loveseat squares off the second side, and the 79 cm chair sits at an angle so the walkway stays clear. All three pieces are recliners with their own latch, so each seat drops back on its own without disturbing the other two. A manual mechanism has nothing to wire, service or replace in a tenancy changeover - one reason this group holds up in serviced apartments and holiday lets. Mixed loading per 40HQ: 3+2+1 = 35 sets, 3+2 = 43 sets, 3+1+1 = 39 sets. Dimensions are in centimetres and taken from the 8018 size sheet; confirm the final assembly drawing with us before production. The group is photographed in dark brown leather, cream leather and burgundy leather.
